Classes and sessions must be reserved in advance through our booking app.
A 12-hour cancellation window applies to all classes and sessions.
Equipment classes (Reformer/Tower/Chair): late cancellations incur a $15 fee; no-shows are charged the full $40 class fee.
Mat and Barre classes: late cancellations incur a $10 fee; no-shows are charged the full $22 class fee.
Private, duet, and trio sessions: late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the session fee.
Duet and trio partners book and attend together; if one partner cancels, the others may cancel within the same window or convert to a private session at the applicable rate.
Late cancellations and missed sessions are charged or deducted from a package.
